What we've built in
Large type that scales with your device settings. Buttons at least 56 pixels tall. Strong contrast between text and background. Short sentences and plain English throughout.
Full keyboard navigation, visible focus outlines, proper headings and labels for screen readers, and reduced motion when your device asks for it.
No screen required
Anything you can do on this site, you can do by telephone with a member of our team. Nobody is excluded for not using an app.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Where we fall short we publish the gap and the date we expect to fix it.
