After every connection both people rate the time together. Ratings are public.
Private safety feedback
You can tell our team something privately that the other person never sees.
Reporting and blocking
Block anyone in one tap. Reports go to a real person on our safeguarding team.
Visit check-in and check-out
Connections are started and finished in the app so someone always knows the plan.
Optional family notifications
With your permission, a family member can be told when a visit starts and ends.
Emergency support
A clearly marked help button on every visit screen, with a 24-hour response line.
Privacy controls
You choose what is shown: first name only, approximate suburb, age hidden if you like.
Code of conduct
No money lending, no personal care, no pressure. Company, and nothing else.
Incident reporting
Every incident is logged, reviewed and followed up, with a written outcome.
If something goes wrong

A safeguarding officer contacts you within one hour and takes a statement.

We suspend accounts while we investigate, and tell you the outcome in writing.
