What Side by Side is
We introduce people who want company to people who have time to share, and we handle booking, payment and safety processes around those introductions.
We are not a care provider, a medical service, a therapy service or an employment agency for care work.
What companions must not do
No personal or medical care, no handling of medication, no lending or borrowing money, no financial or legal advice, no unsupervised access to valuables, and no pressure of any kind.
Bookings, payment and cancellation
Connections are booked and paid through the platform. Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead is free; later cancellations may be charged in part so companions aren't left out of pocket.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Side by Side whenever you like. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks the community guidelines or puts anyone at risk.
